Anthony Mackie returns as the ultimate hero Sam Wilson, who has officially taken up the mantle of Captain America. After meeting with the newly elected President of the United States, Thaddeus Ross, Sam finds himself at the center of an international incident. He must find the reason behind the nefarious global conspiracy before the true champion makes the whole world blush.
